"How long do we have to wait for service after we put in a service call with your company?

CTI prioratizes emergency calls first. We know how important telephone and voice mail communications are, and we want to ensure our customers that if they have a problem, we will do out best to provide quick and timely service so their business is interrupted as little as possible.

Maintenance Agreement customers are next in line for service. Our customers who have a maintenance agreement with us expect exceptional service and they get it. Unless unforeseen events occur, we service these special customers within 48 hours and most always within 24 hours.

When we receive a call from of our regular customers, we provide them with service within 2 to 3 days and most always 2 days, depending upon our schedyle and their needs.

If you are a new or prospective customer, we take the time to review what your needs are. If your needs are greater than ordering a piece of equipment or a basic service call, we make ourselves available to meet with you at no cost to review your existing equipment and to better understand your business so that together we can determine what your specific needs are and how best to provide you a quote. We are experienced in our consulting abilities and are happy to assist our customers and prospective customers in that area.

"What are your credentials?"

CTI has all the normal insurance coverage and is bonded in both locations. In addition, CTI-Nevada holds the Nevada State Contractors Low-E Voltage License No. 60334. CTI is an Avaya Business Partner and a Panasonic Dealer; in addition, we hold certification in wiring and various product certifications. Our technicians have many years of experience in the telecom industry and are kept up to date on the newest technology.

"How do I know I am getting a fair price?"

Our pricing is competitive and most always significantly lower than the larger established companies, such as Verizon, Sprint, etc. We provide excellent service and guarantee our work. All new equipment has a manufacturer's warranty of one year to three years depending upon the manufacturer and the piece of equipment.

"What happens after my warranty runs out?"

CTI can provide you a maintenance agreement which will cover the cost of equipment and the labor for installation for any piece of equipment under agreement that needs to be replaced. The maintenance agreement is usually for a one-year period and is renewed annually. CTI provides you and updated agreement at that time, to include any additional equipment that is no longer under warranty.

"Does CTI provide financing?"

We have several companies that we use for leasing your equipment and other costs of installation. For instance, if you purchase a telephone and voice mail system from us and you also need voice and wiring data run installed to accommodate that equipment, the cost of the wiring can be included in the lease along with the cost of equipment. The lease rates are very competitive and the companies often have special programs that provide even better pricing.
